OLD SCHOOL TV DINNER - TRADITIONAL ROAST BEEF DINNER WITH YORKSHIRE PUDDING, WHIPPED MASH AND HONEY GLAZED CARROTS

A classic TV dinner showcasing that nostalgic Sunday roast beef feast! 

Igredients:
Roasted beef tenderloin, beef stock, red wine, potatoes, garlic, cream, butter, flour, carrots, honey, eggs, and seasonings. 

Preparation from thawed (approx. 30 min.):
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Foil the top and place tray on a baking sheet and set on middle rack for 20 min. Uncover and continue to heat for another 10 min. or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Preparation from frozen (approx. 1 hr):
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Foil the top and place tray on a baking sheet and set on middle rack for 35 min. Uncover and continue to heat for another 10 min. or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
