      A classic TV dinner with some panache. Tender chicken cooked in wine and seasonings, paired with decadent scalloped potatoes and a peach crumble for dessert.

      Ingredients: Chicken, Red wine, Onion, Garlic, Carrot, Mushrooms, Bacon, Tomato paste, Flour, Butter, Beef stock. Potatoes, Cream, Butter, Mozzarella, Cheddar
      Peaches, Flour, Cinnamon, Brown sugar, Coconut, Oats, Butter.

      Preparation from thawed (approx. 30 min.):
      Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Foil the top and place tray on a baking sheet and set on middle rack for 20 min. Uncover and continue to heat for another 10 min. or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

      Preparation from frozen (approx. 1 hr):
      Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Foil the top and place tray on a baking sheet and set on middle rack for 30 min. Uncover and continue to heat for another 20 - 30 min. or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
