Preparation from thawed (approx. 30 min.):
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Foil the top and place tray on a baking sheet and set on middle rack for 20-30 min., or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Preparation from frozen (approx. 1 hr):
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Foil the top and place tray on a baking sheet and set on middle rack for 45-60 min., or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
