THE CHEATER BRUNCH BAKE- FAMILY SIZE

So you've had The Heater Holiday casserole...keep the stress-free holiday meal vibes rolling with our Cheater Brunch Bake! The perfect "morning saver" for feeding your hungry crew! The first layer is hash brown potatoes with peppers and onions topped off with sausage, creamy cheese sauce, and fluffy eggs. Follow this up with a layer of shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and crispy panko for the ultimate brunch meal. 

Ingredients: Potatoes, onion, bell peppers, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, garlic, fresh herbs, cheddar, mozzarella, panko crumble. 

Family Tray 12.5" X 9.5" X 2.5" (Serves 8-10 - approx. weight -9lbs) - Cooking directions (approx. 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 min): 
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Set tray on a baking sheet and place pan with the lid on in the middle rack for the first hour. Remove lid and continue cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Standard Tray 7.5" X 5.5" X 2" (Serves 3-4 - approx. weight - 3lbs) - Cooking directions (approx. 45 min. - 1 hour): 
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the plastic lid and foil the casserole. Set tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack for the first 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for another 15 - 30 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
