We really owe the French for a lot of culinary favourites here in North America and not least of which would be the much-loved Beef Bourguignon. So rich and satisfying, ours is prepared in the traditional way, slowly braising beef in red wine and stock amongst a bouquet of fresh herbs. Bon apetitte!
Ingredients:
Beef, Red Wine, Onion, Potato, Carrot, Garlic, Mushrooms, Tomato Paste, Fresh Herbs, Bacon, Butter, Beef Stock.Preparation:
Empty container into pot. Add 1/4C water. Heat with lid on on medium until it starts to simmer. Remove lid and heat to 165 degrees. Approximately 7-8 minutes total. Enjoy!Full Tray - 2-3 servings
