Chef Tod brings over 35 years experience in the local Food and Beverage Industry including 25yrs as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage of both stand-alone restaurants and resorts. His passion for cooking started at an early age and has developed into a life-long career. Some highlights include being Executive Chef at Olympic View Golf Course, Corporate Chef and purchaser for Golf BC, Executive Chef at Bear Mountain Resort, Executive Chef Veneto restaurant (named one of Canada's Top Ten Best New Restaurants.
Well it’s been a minute since I’ve been in a kitchen! The last 5 years have been an amazing journey for me! I took my culinary passion behind the bars at Veneto, Cenote, Nimble Bar Co., The Diamond, Sons of Vancouver, opened my first business Cocktail Solutions and got to compete in a ton of cool cocktail competitions along the way!
