THE HAMMER is an Easter feast starring country-baked ham layered over creamy scalloped potatoes and finished with a bacon-panko crumble.  The Hammer is guaranteed to please the entire crew and leave the family chef more time to relax. Don't spend the day fussing in the kitchen, we've done all the work for you. Pop it in the oven and enjoy the company of your friends and family.

Ingredients:
Ham, Bacon, Potato, Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Butter, Cream, Garlic, Onion, Thyme, Dijon Mustard, Flour, Green Onion. 

Cooking directions Family Size (approx. 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 min): 
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place pan onto a baking sheet with the lid on in the middle rack for the first hour. Remove lid and continue cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Cooking directions Full Size (approx. 45 min. to 1 hour ): 
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place tray on a baking sheet and foil the top of the tray and place in the middle rack for the first half hour. Remove foil and continue cooking for another 15 - 30 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
