HULI HULI CHICKEN - HAWAIIAN ROADSIDE CHICKEN - FEEDS 2-3 PEOPLE

A special treat from the tropics. Flavours of garlic, soy and fresh ginger take the tender, bone-in chicken straight to flavour town. Add your favourite side to this dish for a complete meal that will impress even the most discerning palette. May we suggest Spicy Thai Noodle Salad or the Coconut-Jasmine rice to complete the perfect meal. 

Ingredients:
Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Rice- vinegar, Sambal Olek.

Preparation:

Oven Method: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cover chicken with tin foil for the first 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Approximate cooking time 40 min.

BBQ Method: Heat chicken either directly on the grill or in the pan using indirect heat until warmed through.
