10 jumbo Prawns, cornmeal, seafood stock, white wine, butter, milk, olive oil, red pepper, green pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, creole spice, parsley, green onion.
Oven method: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cover in foil and place in the center rack for 30 minutes, uncover and heat for an additional 15 minutes. ENJOY!
Stove-top method (creamy grits): set aside prawns - place grits into a saucepan on the stove top, add 1/2 cup of liquid (stock or water or milk) stir until fully combined (we recommend whisking) and warmed through thoroughly. Stirfry prawns for a few minutes to fully warm through. Plate the grits and top with prawns. ENJOY!
