SPECIAL EDITION - ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOM PENNE - FEEDS 3-4

A hardy and delicious pasta featuring  Italian sausage and prfectly roasted mushrooms in a rich rosé sauce.

Ingredients:
Penne pasta, tomatoes, Italian sausage, mushrooms, cream, butter, spices (basil, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper), white wine, garlic, onion, parm, mozza, feta, sugar, parsley, panko, fresh basil. 

Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. For best results, cover in foil for the first 30 min. Uncover and continue to heat until golden and bubbly on top or an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Always re-heat from a thawed state. Approximate cooking time  45 min. - 1 hour.
