Chunks of mushroom lightly flavoured with tarragon and simmered with a wild rice blend in a rich cream base. 

Ingredients:
Mushrooms, cream, butter, tarragon, white rice, garlic, vegetable stock, flour, wild rice, parsley, onion, seasonings.

Preparation:
Warm gently in a saucepan until the desired temperature is reached. Serve.
