Your Holiday meal has never been this simple and delicious! This is A full, layered Holiday feast in a single pan you simply pop in the oven and serve. Our Chefs start with a layer of their Bacon-Sage Stuffing (to die for), pile on perfectly roasted turkey (white and dark meat), topped off with a layer of roasted carrot with caramelized onion and finished with piped garlic-parm whipped potatoes. All that's left to do is pour a generous amount of Chef's scratch-made, signature gravy and a healthy dollop of house-made cranberry sauce and dig in.
Turkey, Carrots, Onions, Potatoes, Herbs, Butter, Cream, Garlic.
Stuffing: Bread, Onions, Celery, Bacon, Milk, Chicken Stock, Herbs.
Gravy: Turkey Stock, Flour, Seasonings.
Cranberry Sauce: Cranberries, Red Wine, Orange, Lemon, Ginger, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar.
Family Tray 12.5" X 9.5" X 2.5" (Serves 8-10 - weight not including gravy and cranberry sauce - 10lbs) - Cooking directions (approx. 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 min):
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Set tray on a baking sheet and place pan with the lid on in the middle rack for the first hour. Remove lid and continue cooking for another 30 to 45 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Standard Tray 7.5" X 5.5" X 2" (Serves 3-4 - weight not including gravy and cranberry sauce - 3lbs) - Cooking directions (approx. 1 hour):
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the plastic lid and foil the casserole. Set tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack for the first 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking for another 30 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
