LASAGNA BOLOGNESE - NOW 3 SIZES

This is a scratch-made lasagna featuring a rich tomato sauce with beef, pork and pancetta topped with creamy bechamél centre over fresh spinach and topped with mozzarella and parmesan. 

Ingredients: (bolognese)
onions, celery, carrots, garlic, ground beef, Italian sausage, red wine, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, light cream and seasonings

Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. For best results, cover in foil for the first 30 min. Uncover and continue to heat until golden and bubbly on top or an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Always re-heat from a thawed state. Approximate cooking time  45 min. - 1 hour.

Full Tray - 3-4 servings
