We really owe the French for a lot of culinary favourites here in North America and not least of which would be the much-loved Beef Bourguignon. So rich and satisfying, ours is prepared in the traditional way, slowly braising beef in red wine and stock amongst a bouquet of fresh herbs. Bon apetitte!
Beef, Red Wine, Onion, Potato, Carrot, Garlic, Mushrooms, Tomato Paste, Fresh Herbs, Bacon, Beef Stock.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cover with foil and heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and heat for an additional 15-20 minutes. Enjoy
